Summer activities are included in summer weekly tuition. There is an additional fee when students do not attend school during the school year, but do attend C.N.W.

Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 10% discount on the oldest sibling.
All fees are due and payable Monday, or the first day of the week your child is in attendance, for the current week. Fee’s are due in advance and may be paid on a weekly, semi-monthly or monthly basis. There is an additional charge of ten dollars for each week of late payment. Postdated and returned checks will be considered as late payments. All returned checks are subject to an additional charge. After two returned checks, tuition will be on a cash only basis. There is not a reduction in tuition for holidays.
In order for our staff to be with their families, Children’s New World will observe the following holidays and will be closed on that day:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve close at 3 p.m.
- Christmas Day
All students are enrolled on a trial basis. The success of a child development center depends on its staff and the cooperation of its parents. Our staff is interested in your children and continually attend classes and seminars to learn new ways to teach and guide your children. We are available when you need us. Please call if we can be of assistance. We look forward to working with your family.

Late Departure
It is important that you pick up your child by closing time, otherwise it will be necessary to charge a late fee of $10.00 for any portion of the first 15 minutes and $1.00 for every additional five minute period.
Toddler Room
C.N.W. West toddler room is open 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. the above late fee policy goes into effect.
Our goal is not to earn extra money, but to allow staff time to be with their families without the stress of closing late. All late fees will be divided between the staff closing and our equipment savings fund. Please do not add this charge to your tuition check. Late arrival fees are due in cash the evening they occur. If you know you can not be here by closing time, arrangements should be made for someone else to come for your child. Our hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pre-Enrollment
To pre-enroll, please visit the CNW you wish to attend. You will be given a tour of the facilities and enrollment information including a brochure. When you fill out the provided enrollment forms and return it with one-half of your weekly tuition you will be placed on a waiting list. This pre-enrollment deposit pays for one-half of your first week’s tuition. This deposit is non-refundable, however it can be used at either center.
